Who we are

Tantra is a consumer brand operated by GROWTHCLUB MARKETING LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India at Gayathri Darsan, Panachamoodu, Chettikulangara P.O., Mavelikkara, 690106 (Kerala, India). In these terms, "Tantra", "we", "us", and "our" refer to GrowthClub Marketing LLP, acting under the Tantra brand.

02 /

Acceptance

By joining the Tantra wait list, booking a call, creating an account, or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Tantra. If you're using Tantra on behalf of a business, "you" refers to both you personally and that business, and you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

03 /

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you're signing up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

04 /

Beta status

Tantra is currently in private beta. The product will change rapidly, features may be added, removed, or rebuilt, and uptime is not guaranteed. We make no warranty that any feature will remain available in its current form. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes when we can, but we reserve the right to change the product without notice when it's necessary for security, stability, or legal reasons.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you upload (contacts, funnel content, CRM records, documents). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We don't share your data with third parties except the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.

08 /

AI-generated outputs

Tantra uses large language models to generate drafts, analyses, and suggestions. These outputs can be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them, especially in communications with customers, regulated disclosures, or decisions that affect people's finances, health, or legal status. We don't provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and AI outputs are not a substitute for qualified professionals.

09 /

Third-party integrations

Tantra connects to external services — LinkedIn, Cal.com, Resend, Postiz, Unipile, Expandi, Cloudflare, DodoPayments, and others. If you connect one, your use of that service is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy. We don't control their systems or data practices, and we're not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes on their side.

10 /

Pricing

Tantra is currently invitation-only and free during private beta. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. When we launch paid tiers, we'll announce them in advance, send an email to affected users, and only begin billing after you opt in.

11 /

Intellectual property

Tantra (the software, branding, design system, documentation, and underlying models we've built) is owned by GrowthClub Marketing LLP. You own the data and content you create in the product. If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to credit or compensate you — but we'll never disclose them with your name attached.

12 /

Termination

You may stop using Tantra at any time by deleting your account or asking us to do so. We may terminate your access with 30 days' notice for any reason, and immediately without notice if you breach these terms, if continued access creates legal risk, or if we end the service. On termination, we'll give you 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.

13 /

Warranties & disclaimers

Tantra is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period. We don't warrant that it'll be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14 /

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or INR 10,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if we've been advised of the possibility.

15 /

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify GrowthClub Marketing LLP and its partners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of Tantra, or your breach of these terms.

16 /

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, subject to the dispute-resolution process below.

17 /

Dispute resolution

Before starting formal litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If that fails, either party may pursue arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or proceed to the courts named in the previous section.

18 /

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, laws, or our business change. For material changes, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Continuing to use Tantra after that date counts as acceptance. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
