Calendar campaigns + omnichannel sequences

Turn outreach into conversations, and invitations into attendance.

Run Google Calendar campaigns for RSVP-led outreach, or build sequences across Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram, including social-only sequences. Send from accounts your team owns and keep replies, RSVPs, and webinar outcomes visible in one operating view.

Why Tantra is different

Start with the outcome, not another channel.

Some outreach should put an invitation on a calendar. Other outreach should earn a reply before the next step. Tantra keeps those campaign paths distinct, then brings replies, RSVPs, and attributed attendance into one operating view.

Optional AI personalization

Use AI where it improves the message.

Templates, merge tags, and spintax work without an AI provider. When an eligible business website is available, a connected provider can help draft email subject/body or a Calendar description. Social messages remain template-based.

Bring your own AI key

Connect and test OpenRouter, Cerebras, or Novita, choose a supported model, and set one provider as the default for campaign personalization.

Personalize eligible content

When Tantra can resolve a usable business website, the configured provider can draft that recipient's email subject/body or Calendar description. Stored copy remains the fallback.

Route supported replies

Supported reply classification adds context for review. A sequence-linked reply updates enrollment so inappropriate scheduled follow-up can stop.

Drive it from Claude or Cursor

Tantra's MCP server exposes dozens of supported tools to compatible clients. It is a defined operational surface, not a mirror of every UI action.

Deliverability choices

Reduce avoidable bulk-mail signals.

Mailbox providers decide placement. Tantra helps your team avoid several preventable risks with restrained formatting, no open pixel, configurable pacing, address checks, suppression, and optional personalization when the required data is available.

Optional recipient-level copy

Use stored templates for predictable copy, or personalize eligible email content from an available business website through your configured provider.

Restrained email formatting

Keep outbound email focused on the message instead of heavy layouts and decorative marketing markup.

No open tracking pixels

Tantra does not add an invisible open pixel. When enabled, supported clicks use signed links and the current verified default tracking domain at send time.

Your mailboxes, never a shared pool

Gmail sequence steps send through your connected Google Workspace mailboxes rather than a shared email-sending pool.

Address validation, suppression, account-level caps, and sending windows add operational safeguards. None of these controls can guarantee inbox placement.

Omnichannel sequences

Build ordered outreach with channel-specific controls.

Combine Gmail with enabled LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram actions, or build a social-only sequence with no Gmail step at all. Every channel keeps its own sender, recipient-identity, timing, and limit requirements.

  • Ordered steps with per-step delays and channel actions
  • Email sending windows plus daily and hourly caps on each sending account
  • Stored templates remain available when optional personalization cannot run
  • Address validation, suppression, and quarantine before email enrollment
  • Mailbox warmup that ramps new senders gradually
  • Signed click tracking on the current verified default domain when enabled
  • Threaded replies, bounce handling, unsubscribe, and sequence stop reactions

Reply rate is the metric. Not opens.

Tantra does not add an open pixel. Review replies, tracked clicks when enabled, bounces, and unsubscribes instead of treating an image load as buyer intent.

Calendar outreach

Use an invitation when RSVP is the outcome.

A Calendar campaign creates an event and adds contacts as attendees through connected Workspace senders. Yes, No, and Maybe are the primary engagement signals.

  • Large contact lists distributed across verified Calendar senders
  • Scheduled batching, recoverable retries, and event-aware expiry
  • RSVP Yes, No, and Maybe reconciliation plus selected webhook events
  • Stored or optionally AI-personalized Calendar descriptions
  • User-triggered Zoom and WebinarGeek registrant and attendance refreshes
  • Opted-in Yes or Maybe RSVPs can register into a linked webinar
  • UTM tracking and per sender reporting on accept and attendance
Deliverability

Control the sending risks Tantra can control.

Readiness checks, account-level caps, suppression, and recipient validation reduce avoidable mistakes. Mailbox providers still decide delivery and placement.

Account-level pacing

Daily and hourly email caps belong to each sending account, while campaign schedules control when work may run.

Suppression before send

Unsubscribes, blocked recipients, and other suppression rules are checked before an email is allowed to leave.

Validate email recipients

Syntax, MX, and role-address checks run before enrollment. Questionable recipients can be quarantined instead of sent.

Automation

Move selected outcomes into the next workflow.

Subscribe an HTTPS endpoint to the campaign events your workflow needs. n8n, Zapier, and Make can receive those generic webhook calls and run downstream actions outside Tantra.

Tantra emits
calendar.rsvp.yescalendar.rsvp.nocalendar.rsvp.maybeemail.repliedemail.bouncedemail.clickedemail.unsubscribedlinkedin.connection.acceptedlinkedin.message.repliedwhatsapp.message.repliedtelegram.message.replied

Tantra retries eligible deliveries and uses event IDs. Delivery is at least once, so the receiving system should deduplicate by event ID.

Zapier · Make
You take it from there
  • Create or update the record in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Queue a LinkedIn touch in whichever tool your team uses
  • Alert the owner in Slack when a supported reply event arrives
  • Enrich the contact, then push it back into a list
  • Append a row to a sheet, or call your own internal service

Those downstream actions run in your automation tool, not inside Tantra. That is the point: you are not limited to the integrations we happened to build.

Integrations

Connect only what your workflow needs.

Native connections, paid channel add-ons, developer interfaces, and webhook recipes each keep their real setup and availability visible.

Microsoft Calendar

Each social channel is a separate add-on and uses its own connected account. Google Workspace is required only for Gmail or Calendar, so a social-only sequence does not need one.

Pricing model

Priced per company. Not per inbox.

Most outreach tools charge for every sending address and every seat. Add twenty mailboxes and you pay twenty times, so the tool gets more expensive exactly as it starts working. Connect as many sending accounts as your team owns, import as many contacts as you have, and run both campaign paths on one price.

How Tantra works

From connected accounts to measurable outcomes.

Choose the campaign path first. Tantra then guides the accounts, audience, senders, timing, launch, and follow-up without pretending every channel works the same way.
