Question 1

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, with every Pro feature included. After the trial, Pro is $99 per month, or $89 per month billed yearly, and cancelling before the trial ends incurs no charge.

Question 2

What is the difference between Pro and Scale?

Accepted Answer

Both include unlimited email accounts, unlimited calendar accounts, and every campaign feature. The difference is how many LinkedIn or WhatsApp accounts come with the plan: up to 2 on Pro at $99 per month, and up to 12 on Scale at $199 per month.

Question 3

How do LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts work?

Accepted Answer

Pro includes up to 2 LinkedIn or WhatsApp accounts and Scale up to 12, in any mix. You can add more at $10 per additional account per month on any plan, from the billing page or right where you connect an account.

Question 4

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to 15% less. Pro is $89 per month billed yearly ($1,068 per year) and Scale is $169 per month billed yearly ($2,028 per year). Additional LinkedIn or WhatsApp accounts are $10 per account per month on every plan.

Question 5

What is unlimited on each plan?

Accepted Answer

No plan limits seats, email accounts, calendar accounts, contacts or campaigns. LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts are the only item a plan counts. Sending is limited per account: every sending account has its own daily and hourly caps, which you set, so a new mailbox ramps up gradually rather than sending its full volume at once.

Question 6

Is prospect intake included in every plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro, Scale and Tantra Enterprise all include prospect intake. Add prospects to campaigns by webhook, through the REST API, or from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible AI assistants, and each one enters the sequence automatically. Contacts are unlimited on every plan.

Question 7

What does Tantra Enterprise include?

Accepted Answer

Everything in Scale, with the number of LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts sized to your team, guided setup, priority support, and a security and procurement review. Tantra Enterprise is scoped with your team on an evaluation call.

Question 8

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move between Pro and Scale, switch between monthly and yearly, add or remove LinkedIn or WhatsApp accounts, or cancel, at any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Question 9

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Request a refund within 30 days of your first paid plan purchase and we will refund that plan fee, with no questions asked.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which adds any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout, so Tantra never stores card details.

Question 11

What is required to get started?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the channels in use. Gmail steps and Calendar campaigns require a Google Workspace domain and an admin who authorizes a service account once. A sequence that runs only on LinkedIn or WhatsApp requires no Workspace, only a connected account. AI personalization is optional: sign in with a ChatGPT or Claude account, or connect an OpenRouter, Cerebras or Novita key. Each of these is a one-time setup step.
