Which webhook events exist?

Calendar RSVP yes, no and maybe; email replied, bounced, clicked and unsubscribed; LinkedIn connection accepted and message replied; and WhatsApp message replied.

How reliable is delivery?

At-least-once with retries for eligible failures. Every delivery carries an event ID, so your consumer deduplicates safely.

How much access does an API key have?

A key is account-level. It reaches the API routes available to your account rather than a narrower slice of them, so treat it like a password, give each integration its own key, and revoke any key that is exposed.

Do you have native n8n/Zapier/Make apps?

No. Those tools consume Tantra's generic webhooks as recipes rather than as native connectors.

What can the MCP server do?

It exposes a defined operational surface to MCP clients like Claude and Cursor: dozens of supported tools for campaigns, contacts, inbox, and analytics.

Can I add prospects to a campaign by webhook or API?

Yes. Each campaign can receive prospects from an inbound webhook, and your own code can add prospects through the REST API with an API key. They enter the campaign's sequence automatically. Every prospect passes the same suppression, validation, sending-limit and sending-window checks, however it arrives.

Are inbound webhooks the same as webhook events?

No. Webhook events are outbound: Tantra sends them to your endpoint when something happens in a campaign. Inbound webhooks work the other way and bring new prospects into a campaign.
