Requirements and permissions

  • A WebinarGeek account with API access

    The API key is in the Advanced section of your WebinarGeek account settings

  • Broadcasts you want synced into Tantra

  • Google Workspace, for calendar invitation campaigns

    Not needed to sync broadcasts and subscribers

Scope and limits

  • Broadcast and subscriber refreshes are user-triggered, not scheduled background syncs.
  • Sync broadcasts before syncing subscriber data.
  • Each campaign links to one webinar provider and session at a time.
  • Tantra does not host webinars; WebinarGeek runs the broadcast.
