Two campaign paths, end to end
Sequences carry a prospect across Gmail and the connected social channels. Calendar campaigns send Google Calendar invitations and measure RSVP. Connect only what the path you choose actually needs.
Reach one prospect across several channels.
Build an ordered sequence from Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram steps in any valid mix. A sequence can be social-only, so Google Workspace is required only when it contains a Gmail step.
- Step 1
Email
A Gmail step opens the sequence from your own mailbox.
- Step 2
Connect
A LinkedIn connection request follows, with an optional note.
- Step 3
Message
A LinkedIn or WhatsApp message continues the conversation.
- Step 4
Reply
Replies land in the Tantra inbox and stop the sequence.
Every channel a sequence uses needs a ready connected sender account. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram are separate add-ons at $10 per month each.
Turn an invite into an attributed attendee.
Link a Zoom or WebinarGeek session to a Tantra calendar campaign. Positive calendar RSVPs can be registered for the webinar, and synced attendance shows which invitees actually joined.
- Step 1
Invite
A Google Calendar invitation goes out.
- Step 2
RSVP
The contact responds yes, no, or maybe.
- Step 3

Register
A positive RSVP can register them for the linked webinar.
- Step 4

Attribute
Synced attendance shows which invitees actually joined.
Webinar catalog and attendee sync are user-triggered.
Start with what you want to accomplish
Reach prospects across channels
Mix Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram steps in one sequence, or run a social-only sequence with no Gmail step at all.
Measure webinar outcomes
Connect invitations, registrations, attendance, and watch time.
Personalize with your own model
Bring a key, choose a supported model, and set one default provider.
Send engagement downstream
Use webhooks, the REST API, or MCP to connect Tantra with your workflows.
Your accounts stay yours.
Tantra uses the connection method each provider supports: delegated Google service accounts, provider API credentials, linked social accounts, revocable Tantra API keys, and verified HTTPS endpoints.
Credential-aware storage
Secrets are encrypted or hashed according to their credential type and are not displayed again when the product does not need to return them.
You control access
Disconnect provider credentials, remove channel accounts, revoke API keys, or disable webhook endpoints from Tantra.
Honest synchronization
Pages state whether data is event-driven, periodically reconciled, or refreshed only when you request a sync.
Connect the rest through webhooks.
Send selected Tantra events to any public HTTPS endpoint, including incoming webhook workflows in n8n, Zapier, and Make.
Supported event groups: calendar RSVP, email engagement, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
n8n
Receive Tantra campaign events in n8n and route them into the workflow you build.
- POST calendar, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram events to your n8n webhook URL
- Retry delivery and record delivery history for each attempt
Zapier
Send Tantra activity to a Zapier Catch Hook and route it into thousands of Zapier actions.
- POST calendar, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram events to your Zapier Catch Hook
- Retry delivery and record delivery history for each attempt
Make
Route Tantra activity through a Make custom webhook and build scenarios around it.
- POST calendar, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram events to your Make webhook
- Retry delivery and record delivery history for each attempt
Frequently asked questions
Do integrations sync automatically?
- It depends on the connection. Social replies and selected engagement events are event-driven, while Zoom and WebinarGeek catalog and attendance syncs run when you trigger them. Each integration page states its exact behavior.
Do I need to share account passwords?
- Google Workspace uses a service account with domain-wide delegation. Zoom, WebinarGeek, and AI providers use credentials you create for that service. LinkedIn also supports a sign-in flow; the submitted password is used for that connection attempt and is not stored by Tantra.
Are LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram included in my plan?
- No. Each one is available as a separate channel add-on at $10 per month, billed on top of your plan, so activating more than one channel means paying for each one.
Are n8n, Zapier, and Make native integrations?
- No. They connect through Tantra outbound webhooks, which lets a workflow react to selected Tantra events.
Can I request another integration?
- Yes. Send the provider and workflow you need through the integration request form.
Connect your stack and launch the next campaign.
Connect what your campaign actually uses. Google Workspace for Calendar campaigns or Gmail steps, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Telegram for social steps, then the webinar platform, AI provider, and automation interfaces your workflow needs.
