Overview#

Use Billing to see your current plan, compare plans, add or remove LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts, update your card, and download invoices.

Choose a plan#

1. Open Billing and select the Plan tab.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly.
3. Select Start free trial on Pro, or Choose Scale.
4. On the summary page, add LinkedIn or WhatsApp accounts beyond your plan's allowance if you need them, then continue to the secure checkout.
5. After payment you return to Tantra; your plan appears within a few seconds.

Prices exclude tax. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, adds any sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout, where you can also enter a business tax ID.

Change your plan#

On the Plan tab, select another plan or billing period. Before anything is charged, Tantra shows what changes and what you pay today.

• Upgrades (Pro to Scale, monthly to yearly, more accounts) apply right away. You are charged the prorated difference and your billing date moves to today.
• Downgrades (Scale to Pro, yearly to monthly, fewer accounts) take effect at your next billing date. Until then nothing changes, and you can undo it from the current plan card.

Payment method and billing details#

Select the Payment tab, then Open billing portal to update your card, billing address or tax ID. Tantra never stores your card number. If a payment failed, Update card and pay settles the balance and resumes sending.

Download an invoice#

1. Open Billing and select the Invoices tab.
2. Find the payment by date or amount.
3. Select Invoice PDF.

Troubleshooting#

Symptom	Fix
Your plan does not appear after checkout	Wait a few seconds on the confirmation page; it updates when the payment provider confirms the payment
A banner says sending is paused	Your last payment failed. Select Update card in the banner
You cannot connect another LinkedIn or WhatsApp account	Your plan's accounts are all in use. Add an account from the Add-ons tab or the connect page
You cannot remove additional accounts	You cannot go below the number of accounts connected. Disconnect accounts under Connectors first

FAQ#

Is there a free trial?#

Yes. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

Is yearly billing cheaper?#

Yes. Pro is $89 per month and Scale $169 per month when billed yearly, up to 15% less than monthly. Additional accounts are $10 per month on every plan.

Will my price go up?#

Not while your subscription stays active. If Tantra changes its prices, existing subscriptions keep the price they started on.

Are email and calendar accounts limited?#

No. Every plan includes unlimited email and calendar accounts, seats, contacts and campaigns.
