Read your campaign detail page
Open a campaign to see its results, its audience, and its steps. The tabs differ for calendar campaigns and outreach sequences.
Open in Tantra
These open the app in a new tab. You may be asked to sign in.
Overview
Selecting a campaign on the Campaigns page opens its detail view. This is where you watch a campaign work after you launch it.
The two engines show different tabs, because they measure different things. A calendar campaign is about who accepted an invitation. A sequence is about who is moving through the steps and who replied.
How it works
Tantra opens the right view for you. Both campaign types share one address space, so the page checks which engine the campaign belongs to and renders the matching layout. You do not choose between them.
A calendar campaign
Three tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | RSVP totals for the campaign, so you can see acceptance at a glance |
| Event Details | The event as your guests receive it: title, time, location, and description |
| Contacts | Everyone in the campaign and where each person stands, with paging for large audiences |
Use Overview to judge the result and Contacts to find one person. For reporting across several campaigns or a whole webinar, use Reports instead. See Track RSVPs and campaign results.
An outreach sequence
Four tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | The funnel for the campaign, plus a breakdown by sender and by step |
| Enrollments | Every enrolled contact and their status, filterable, with per-contact controls |
| Needs Review | Contacts held back before sending, usually because their address failed validation |
| Steps | The sequence itself, in order, as it will run |
Enrollments is the tab to open when someone asks why a particular person has or has not been contacted. See Enrollment lifecycle and statuses.
Needs Review lists contacts that were quarantined rather than sent to. You can read the list and see why each was held, but releasing a contact back into sending is not available yet: the button is present and disabled. See Contact validation and quarantine.
What happens next
Both views read live data, so figures move as the campaign runs. A calendar campaign keeps collecting RSVPs after every invitation has gone out, and a stopped campaign still shows the results it earned before you stopped it.
Common mistakes
- Expecting reply intent on a calendar campaign. RSVPs are its only response signal.
- Reading Needs Review as a failure. Those contacts were held back deliberately, before anything was sent to them.
- Using a single campaign's Overview to judge a webinar that several campaigns fed. Use Reports for that.
FAQ
Why does my campaign open a different set of tabs to a colleague's?
Because you are looking at different engines. A calendar campaign has Overview, Event Details, and Contacts. A sequence has Overview, Enrollments, Needs Review, and Steps.
Can I edit the sequence from the Steps tab?
The tab shows the steps as they will run. Build and change a sequence in the campaign builder.
Do the numbers update while I watch?
They refresh when you load the page. Reopen or refresh it to pull the latest figures.
