Activate and manage channel add-ons
Add LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Telegram outreach to your Tantra plan, manage renewal, and cancel or resume an add-on.

Overview
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram are optional outreach channels. Each channel has its own add-on, so you can activate only the channels your team needs.
Each add-on costs $10 per month and requires an active Tantra plan. After activation, connect one or more accounts for that channel under Connectors.
Activate an add-on
- Open Billing.
- Select the Add-ons tab.
- Find LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- Select Activate add-on.
- Complete the secure checkout.
- Return to Tantra. You may briefly see Confirming payment… before the card changes to Active.
- Open Connectors, choose the channel, and connect an account.

You buy each channel separately. Activating LinkedIn does not automatically activate WhatsApp or Telegram.
Understand add-on statuses
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Not active | The add-on has not been purchased | Select Activate add-on |
| Awaiting payment | Checkout was started but not completed | Select Resume checkout |
| Active | You can connect accounts and use the channel in sequences | Open Connectors to add an account |
| Payment failed | The renewal charge did not succeed | Select Update payment method |
| Cancels on [date] | Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period | Keep using it until that date, or select Keep add-on |
Cancel an add-on
- Open Billing and select Add-ons.
- On the active channel, select Cancel add-on.
- Review the date through which you will keep access.
- Confirm Cancel add-on.
Cancellation does not remove access immediately. Connected accounts can keep sending until the date shown on the card. After that date, those accounts stop sending and sequence steps that use the channel are skipped.
To undo a scheduled cancellation before access ends, select Keep add-on.

What happens if your main plan ends
Channel add-ons require an active Tantra plan. When your main plan ends, channel access ends too and connected channel accounts stop sending.
If you have an annual Tantra plan, channel add-ons are still billed monthly. They continue renewing each month until the main plan ends unless you cancel them individually sooner.
Best practices
- Activate an add-on before building sequence steps for that channel.
- Connect and test at least one account before launching a campaign.
- Review sequences before an add-on reaches its cancellation date; affected steps will be skipped afterward.
- Set conservative daily and weekly activity limits on each connected account.
Troubleshooting

| The card says Awaiting payment | Select Resume checkout and finish checkout |

| A channel step is being skipped | Confirm that its add-on is active and a connected account is selected in the campaign |
FAQ
Does one add-on unlock every channel?
No. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram are separate $10-per-month add-ons.
Can I connect more than one account?
Yes. After activating a channel, open its page under Connectors and connect the accounts you want to use.
Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?
No. Access continues until the cancellation date shown on the add-on card.
